EMCSD Provides FREE Take-Home COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test to ALL Students

The El Monte City School District purchased COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Tests for all students and staff throughout the District to help ensure safe return to school on Wednesday, January 5, 2022. The District is officially on Winter Break and hopes the tests will ease any worries about health and safety when school resumes. Click headline for more info.

Get HUGE Discounds on High-Speed Internet for Low-Income Families

Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) is a benefit for low-income consumers that will show up as a discount on your bill for High-Speed Home Internet. The U.S. Congress and President established this benefit in 2021 because of the COVID-19 pandemic emergency. Enroll by December 31 you will get up to a $50 monthly discount for two extra months before it drops to $30 by March 2022. Click headline for more information!

Schools Closed for Thanksgiving Break

The El Monte City School District will be closed from Monday, November 22 through Friday, November 26 for Thanksgiving Break. We will resume our regular daily schedule on Monday, November 29.
